Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "the Player", "you", or "User") and Livepool88 (hereinafter "the Company", "we", "us", or "Livepool88"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://livepool88.cam (hereinafter "the Platform" or "the Website").

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Livepool88 platform — including but not limited to sports betting markets, live casino tables, slot games, promotional offers, and customer support services — you acknowledge that you have read, fully understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and all associated policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Account Eligibility & Registration

Registration on the Livepool88 Platform is open to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their Account:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. Livepool88 strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement. Any person found to have registered while below the age of 21 will have their Account immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and any winings voided.
• You are registering of your own free will and are not acting on behalf of another person or any commercial entity.
• You are not residing in or accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is unlawful or restricted.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, or immediate family member of such persons associated with Livepool88 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

Registration Requirements

Each Player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and email address. Livepool88 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any of this information at any time, including as part of the KYC process required before withdrawal processing.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. Livepool88 strongly recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their Account and use a unique, strong password not used for any other online service.

You must notify Livepool88 immediately if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. Contact our24/7 support team via live chat. Livepool88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

• You must not share your Account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Account access is personal and non-transferable. Allowing third parties to use your Account constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Livepool88 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
• Livepool88 reserves the right to temporarily lock an Account if unusual activity is detected, pending a security review.

Deposits

All deposits to the Livepool88 Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following payment methods are currently accepted:

Livepool88 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as the Livepool88 Account holder. Any deposit received from a third-party source may be reversed or held pending compliance review.

Livepool88 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees. Players are responsible for any such charges. Deposit limits may be adjusted by the Player through the responsible gambling controls within the Account settings.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account verified as belonging to the same individual as the registered Livepool88 Account. Cross-account or third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be processed:

• Your Account's KYC verification must be fully completed, including submission and approval of valid identity and age documents.
• Any active bonus funds must have satisfied the applicable wagering requirements prior to withdrawal of bonus-derived winings.
• There must be no open dispute, chargeback, fraud investigation, or account restriction currently applied to your Account.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold applicable to the selected payment method.

Livepool88 targets processing of e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow) within ten (10) minutes on average. Bank transfer withdrawals via FPX may take up to sixty (60) minutes during peak periods. Livepool88 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time. Where this occurs, Livepool88 will communicate the delay to the affected Player within a reasonable timeframe.

Bonuses & Promotions

All promotional offers, bonuses, free bets, and rewards made available on the Livepool88 Platform are subject to these general bonus terms and any specific terms attached to the individual promotion at the time of activation. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the terms of each promotion before claiming it.

General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering Requirement: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover multiplier) that must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is disclosed at the point of promotion activation.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While bonus funds are active, the maximum permitted bet per round or stake is typically capped at RM250–RM500. Bets exceeding this cap may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Table games, live casino games, and certain specialty titles may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%). Contribution rates are specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses are subject to expiry windows, typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit. Bonuses and associated winnings not cleared within the validity period will be removed automatically.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain promotions impose a maximum withdrawable amount derived from bonus activity. Where applicable, this cap is disclosed in the promotion's specific terms.
• One Promotion Per Household: Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers are limited to one per household, IP address, device, or family unit.

Livepool88 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who are found to have engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting promotions for guaranteed profit through irregular betting patterns — may have their bonus voided and Account reviewed.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on Livepool88 are governed by the Sportsbook Rules applicable at the time the bet is accepted. All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by real-time physical dealing processes conducted at licensed studio facilities.

• Bets are only valid once confirmed by the Livepool88 system and bet ID has been assigned. Bets placed during system errors or at manifestly incorrect odds may be voided at Livepool88's discretion.
• Livepool88 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse bets from any Player at any time without providing a reason.
• In the event of a disputed sporting result or exceptional circumstances (e.g., match abandonment, venue change, or event postponement), Livepool88 will apply the relevant sport-specific settlement rules as published in the Sportsbook Rules documentation.
• Live betting odds are updated in real time. Livepool88 is not liable for bets placed at odds that were outdated at the time of placement due to a communication delay on the Player's end.
• All currency figures are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Livepool88 does not accept or pay out in foreign currencies.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Livepool88 Platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referal to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate:

• Creating multiple accounts (including accounts under different names, email addresses, or using proxy services to circumvent the one-account-per-person policy).
• Sharing account credentials with or allowing access to your Account by any third party.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinating bets to exploit promotional terms or manipulate game outcomes.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in betting or gaming activities.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or system glitches to obtain credits or winnings that would not otherwise be due.
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or reversals of legitimate deposit transactions.
• Money laundering or using the Platform to facilitate any illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Livepool88 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, game titles, and software — is the property of Livepool88 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Reproducing, duplicating, copying, selling, reselling, or exploiting any portion of the Platform or its content for commercial purposes.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the Platform.
• Scraping or data-mining any content from the Platform using automated means.
• Using the Livepool88 name, logo, or brand identifiers without express prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Livepool88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform, even if Livepool88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Livepool88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Livepool88 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform's operation, content, or availability.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, Livepool88's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall Livepool88's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of the Platform exceed the amount of Real Money deposited into your Account during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Responsible Gambling

Livepool88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all aspects of its Platform. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining activity — it is not a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. Livepool88 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 years for all registered Players.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all Players via the Account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that take effect immediately and cannot be increased without a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Controls limiting the duration of individual gambling sessions.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporary account access restrictions for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or extended exclusion from the Platform, available for periods of 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.

Amendments to These Terms

The effective date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent version of these Terms came into force. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the relevant licensing jurisdiction under which Livepool88 holds its operating authorisation.

In the event of a dispute between Livepool88 and a Player, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through Livepool88's internal complaints process. Livepool88 will acknowledge receipt of a formal complaint within two (2) business days and endeavour to provide a resolution within fourteen (14) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, both parties agree to pursue resolution through binding arbitration or an alternative dispute resolution mechanism as designated by Livepool88's licensing authority, in preference to litigation in the courts.
